Dear customers and friends of the CHIRON Group,

Over the past few months, we have all had to make some adjustments to our work and lives, show flexibility and make quick decisions. At the CHIRON Group, we are now looking to the future, gazing beyond the current challenges and looking forward to things to come. We are more than prepared to continue to be an innovative, reliable partner by your side.

We are now using different methods to keep in close contact with you in a new and personal way. For example, this was true of the OPEN HOUSE ONLINE event held in May. This was a first for us and a complete success thanks to your interest – many thanks for your participation! Many of you took the opportunity to get to know the manufacturing technology »live« and have conversations with the experts at the CHIRON Group. We also attended the multimedia D-EXPO Metall and the AMB Technologieforum in Stuttgart and presented you with innovative solutions like the AM Cube 3D metal printer. 

In this issue, we show other new solutions which you can use to optimally exploit the potential of your manufacturing and which are ideally positioned for the future. For instance, the latest variant of the VariocellUno for the CHIRON 16 Series and the STAMA MC 531 offers tailored automation, the FZ 16 S with HSK- A 100 interface is suitable for demanding machining applications in the aviation industry, and the new CHIRON 28 Series comes with a spindle clearance of 1,200 mm.

We also introduce the CHIRON Group's new brand: FACTORY5. With the addition of this company's small, high-precision systems, we are completing our product range in medical and precision technology. The integration of FACTORY5 in the Group is part of the company strategy that we are using to strengthen the CHIRON Group's position for the future. You can read more about how we will achieve this in this issue.

In the INTOUCH section, you will find user reports from a range of industries, while INSIDE focuses on ConditionServices for future-oriented maintenance management, the Medical and Precision Technology Center and the STAMA brand.
