Dear customers and friends of the CHIRON Group,

We are currently living through a time in which all of us have new challenges to cope with daily – commercially and privately. First of all, we hope you have the strength to get through this and wish you all the best.

In the CHIRON Group, we have initiated a huge variety of measures in the past weeks, to be there for you right now as a reliable partner. And to remain in close contact, even without meeting you personally.

Let yourself be surprised – for instance, by our OPEN HOUSE ONLINE in May, to which we warmly invite you right now. A virtual trade fair experience, at which we present you with innovations (online and via multimedia) that provide the impetus for your production. This includes the new CHIRON 22 series for highly precise, dynamic machining of large components in the automotive and precision mechanics sectors, and the AM Cube – the first 3D metal printer used by the CHIRON Group, which you can experience in an exclusive preview.

Also in this issue: User reports from completely different industries, a look back on the 20th anniversary of CHIRON UK and a portrait of CHIRON Czech, through which you can get to know our newest foreign subsidiary and the city of Brno better. Furthermore, we will be presenting you with the new service concept LifetimeSolutions for optimized overall equipment effectiveness.

So plenty worth reading … and don't miss the unique story of Matthias Keller, Head of Application at CHIRON and snowboarder in the German Paralympic team. His motto provides motivation in these exceptional times, for us in the CHIRON Group and perhaps also for you: "The best view comes after the hardest climb."

We hope you enjoy reading and look forward to greeting you in May at the OPEN HOUSE ONLINE. You will also receive your personal invitation with further information in April.

Until then, stay healthy and look after yourself!
